G-MAP（以下「本プログラム」）は、本ウェブサイトを通じて取得する個人情報を、以下の方針に基づいて取り扱います。
What we collect
Enquiry and application forms. Name, email address, company or organisation, role, and whatever you write in the message field. Submitted through Fluent Forms and stored on this site’s server.
Index accounts. The above, plus a username and the record of your approval by the secretariat.
Server logs. IP address, browser type and access time, retained by the hosting provider as part of normal server operation.
Cookies. WordPress sets cookies when you log in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To review applications for index access, to reply to enquiries, to operate index accounts, and to contact you about the programme. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or rent them.
Artists listed in the index
Entries and portfolios are submitted by the participating school. G-MAP does not collect material from artists directly.
An artist may ask their school, or the secretariat, to correct or remove their entry at any time; we act on such requests without asking for a reason.
Entries are visible only to approved account holders. They are not published, indexed by search engines, or shared outside the index.
Sharing
We share personal data with third parties only where necessary to operate the site — the hosting provider and the email delivery service — or where required by law.
Your rights
You may ask us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to the secretariat through the contact form and we will respond after confirming your identity.
